If my government gave me around 1500 euros per month per child until they have stable job, so probably around 25 years old, adjusted for inflation of course. Then I would consider having a child.
Why are you shilling for GoG? This whole comment thread is so funny to me. Like a hour ago I saw comment on another post that said GoG is turning to shit. If I find it I will copy it here.
Here it is:
Pushing a shitty launcher, selling abandoned games, selling incomplete games, putting DRMs on multiplayer, selling a lot of low quality games, not expanding their overworked team despite the profits they make, etc.
It got much worse with the success of the Witcher3 and has kept on going down.
I think there's even a browser extension that is used to mark shitty games on gog, that have missing features or DRMs.
Funny for a platform that has the motto of selling hand-picked, DRM-free games.
I mean, I will try it. First in a virtual machine and if I like it well enough on a laptop too. But I don't know, I used Fedora Silverblue and Kinoite before and my experience wasn't satisfactory.
I know where you are coming from but I don't think it's that important especially not for me, Iam gaming right now on Linux Mint without a problem. And wasn't steamdeck/steamos the first one who supported HDR?
Bazzite looks interesting, I might check it out. But I would still rather use SteamOS when it comes out. I like stable more, than up to date. And bazzite has so much stuffed into it and I wouldn't use 90% of those features.
SteamOS 3 for desktop (idk when, they are probably waiting until the new open source nvidia driver is mature enough. Maybe they are waiting on wine running without xwayland too... idk
What even is this question? Children are the biggest audience and the target audience for most of the games out there. Especially for multiplayer games.
I think not going free to play is a mistake. It will cost 20 and still will have macro transactions and battle passes and less players because it's not free to play. Game like this needs to be free to play.
Only 30 and 40 year olds with nostalgia are going to play it if it's buy to play, why would kids pay for this game when they can play CS, Apex Legends, Fortnite, Valorant etc for free
Imagine if you could study in your sleep...
Or "watch" a book and be acually there...
Hmm that wouldn't really work for innner dialogue of other characters...
