As long as you have compatible hardware, it's great. I didn't bother researching when I built a new server and ended up switching to debian since bsd didn't support my nic.

Iirc, back when it happened, there were people from his highschool target shooting team that said he didn't make the team because he wasn't a good shot.

There's only one or two in my area that would warrant adding signals, but they're only backed up during rush hour by people trying to take a "shortcut" around the highway traffic. So I consider them kinda self limiting due to the traffic. Not many more people try to take that route at that time when they're aware that it's clogged in the direction of rush hour traffic.

The other is right next to a private school and is only clogged because nobody uses their bus service, so, I don't have any sympathy for the parents.

Subtitles and closed captioning is generally handled by the producers of the media. I'd it's a Netflix original, Netflix hires someone to transcribe. If the media was purchased or rented from day Fox or Paramount or MGM, the original producers would have been responsible for it.
