  • You realize that there are different states and things can be unconstitutional right? People in may issue states have gun privileges, not rights.

  • Its not though, there is literally constitution legal contention over the issue. There are a few states like MA, NY and a few others where they call it a "may issue"state because it's not a right in those states.

  • In MA and a few other states gun ownership is a privelege that is granted based on personal bias and can be revoked. They also have training licensing and handling requirements.

Looking at the laws online the only major difference I see is in CA you can no longer buy a handgun due to the freeze.

Gun laws by state vary wildly.

  • This can all be tied back to Fox News really.

This is what happens when you let a propaganda channel masquerade as news for 3 decades in your country with basically no pushback.

Just the fact that they haven't somehow been sued into oblivion, or curtailed by the government at all lends legitimacy to them.

  • Sounds much like a blue state. You don't have the right to own a gun in MA for example. You have a right to submit an application for your local police chief to deny or approve based on how much they like you.

  • Have you ever built a house out of Legos? It's just like that.

  • That's a grey area, that you may win if this hypothetical were litigated. Their parameters are broad and vague, so I could easily see a claim that it is unfairly giving you a better game play than others. Nothing about their parameters mentions multiplayer, so one would assume it apply's to all play styles.

In the extremely unlikely scenario this came to some kind of litigation the determining factor would probably be the question of whether there is anyway for players to compare single player gameplay at all in a reasonable way? If they have a leader board for single player or anything like that, including even social media tracking single player stats then I think it's possible it is determined to be giving an unfair advantage.

  • Can you give an example? Purely for academic intrigue... Not advisement purposes.

  • Additionally.

It's outlaying the parameters and then it goes on to give some common examples so a rational actor can get a good idea behind the meaning of the parameters. It's not an exhaustive list of all activities that could violate their parameters.

  • I mean that's literally what I thought it was about... They went so green that they somehow developed and deployed mines that could detect whether the cargo was gas.

  • Toilet paper is wrong and wasteful, you should be using a duvet.

  • Yup, he definitely has already signed stuff that he doesn't remember signing or wasn't explained well enough.

  • Oh man... I bet this really was a shower thought for you

  • Then the US populace will suffer while learning that hard power is so much more expensive than soft power.

  • Apparently the the trick to longevity is alcohol sobriety with a healthy variety of amphetamines and fast food.

  • Generating excercises. Not only is it a way to cut staffing, but now you don't know if the thing you just learned is a real word or phrase or if AI hallucinated it up.
