FOIA was awful already. Your lucky if there is a real FOIA coordinator and in a lot of places it just takes the time away from someone's (potentially important) essential function.

But they are not. They are cancelling contracts where they have to pay damages, laying off people who probably were retiring anyway for a half year and paying them. None of that saves money

It wouldn't even matter if it was spoken of. 60 Minutes could do a ground breaking show based off the entire thing, that goes viral. But at best viewership might drop for a month or so before everyone forgets about it or dismisses it entirely.

You cannot allow blatant propoganda like Fox. Maybe not ban them, but make laws to hold all media to a much higher standard and then sue the shit out of them when they lie. If they lie, they have to lead with a segment that retracts the lie, apologizes and then tells the truth for a couple days.

You could use the fines to fund independent media that has no or less bias.

Why not too old? I bought 4 gen 4 & 5 kindles off ebay for like $20 on purpose. I hate backlights and they still work great.

Idk, if you dig a little deeper you will also read that the evidence of them being hunted on purpose isn't conclusive. Also the tiger ends up losing often.

I feel like it's a more middle class/poor US thing. They often also keep their toilet cleaning brush out in the open, displayed in a fancy caddy.

Might just be lack of closet space? Perhaps the plumbing is so shoddy it makes sense to keep it out for easy access.
