  • No, they aren't arguing it should be at state level, their argument is much worse, they are arguing it needs to be at the individual level. So every single person harmed would need to get their own lawyer.

  • That’s something i think not even the most deranged dystopian writer would have imagined.

This is literally one of the scenes from the hand maids tale according to my wife.

  • I think it has to be. This has been corroborated as far back as when The Apprentice was filming.

Someone had the nickname wet wipes because it became part of his job to change him from time to time when he shit himself. He also completely ignores it, or might not be aware it's happening.

  • I believe from listening to recent NPR that their lawyers aren't even arguing about that. They are arguing about whether national injunctions can really be national injunctions or not.

  • You can't even find the same flavors in the same country, it's all about markets and bottlers.

  • X-Pur Remin. Its expensive but at least its tested and not sketchy. You have to be careful they are using a medical grade because the rod shaped stuff is apparently not tested for safety and is likely harmful when ingested.

  • The amount of comments I half write and then scrap is probably nearly the amount I actually post.

Does this add value or is it just taking up bytes? Am I relatively sure what I am stating is correct? Will this impact the person I am replying to, or the other readers more than not commenting at all?

And those are just first order questions before I even start to get frustrated with language structures or phrasing my thoughts in a way that is accurate.

  • Shame? They should be fined and charged the entirety of the mitigation costs.

  • It's a solution to a few problems, just not positively.

It solves how to buy drugs online very easily.

It also solves many complications with bribery, money laundering and tax evasion.

  • Its not though, they still use coca leaves to produce the flavoring extract and are the only company that uses it as far as I am aware.

  • I brush with Nano-hydroxyapitite for like 3 weeks and then do flouride for a couple weeks. I don't think results happen that quickly.

  • Because understanding that would mean his heroin addiction was his own fault, not the heroin's fault.

  • Do you mean that first month? It's an annual rate, so you would pay $932 a month, plus compounding every month after.

  • Yeah, I had the same thing. They were basically like call us back when you actually have legal problems.

I think they just don't want the accounting headache of reporting thousands of small retainers for no real purpose.

  • Thicker with a removable battery please.

  • The real fucking kicker is its 30% for the companies, consumers pay 54%. So Shein and Temu can fill their US warehouses, raise prices and pocket the tariff differential.

  • If I had a quarter for every bill that passed that was "unpassable" I would have a pocket of quarters.

  • This really just helps big companies, like Shein and Temu. So now these companies can restock all their US warehouses at 30%, meanwhile anyone who wants to order from a china direct marketplace has to pay 54%.
