  • Well, I’m not sure who your people are since you haven’t said but it’s unlikely that none of us cared. Again, you group every American together similar to how you claim we did/do to “brown people.” Americans are not our government. Our government does lots of things I and many others disagree with.

  • I think that we need regulations on AI to protect citizens. Corporations are training AI off of workers/citizens data and they will use it to eliminate jobs without paying us for our contributions. Right now companies like SpaceX and Amazon want to replace workers with AI trained robots to reduce costs and that will be detrimental to the working class. I don’t believe that AI is bad. I believe corporations are evil by nature and need to be controlled.

  • Wasn’t that the whole second half of the article?

Though it’s worth explaining how all of this works to understand how nonsensical Musk’s beliefs are, the facts don’t really matter to people who are convinced that the great replacement is actually happening. The real die-hards don’t think it’s a scheme to create a permanent Democratic majority; they think it’s a plot to ethnically replace white Americans. At its core, the great replacement is about demographics, not democracy.

They go into further details after that.

Edit: Second half may have been generous. It’s the last few paragraphs though.

  • That is 100% true in a capitalist society. You are measured by your ability to produce.

Edit: Apparently this needs some clarification. You are measured by your ability to produce for your owner.

  • I have one that lives in a crack by my doorbell. I say hi every morning when I’m walking the dogs but he seems timid. It’s a nice surprise in the middle of the night when he sets off the doorbell camera. He is cute.

  • You okay? I get the unpopular opinion and actually agree with some of it but damn you are angry that people love that show. Also, I don’t think you know what the word objectively means because your whole argument about Seinfeld not being funny is complete dependent on your personal feelings about his type of humor.

I agree that Seinfeld himself isn’t funny. I also agree that the show is clearly not about nothing. It’s a show about a group of friends getting themselves into ridiculous situations. I can however say that while your opinions are valid, Seinfeld factually is the most popular sitcom of the 90s.

Anyway, like you said, your mind isn’t going to be changed and neither are the minds of the millions of people who disagree with you. Thanks for the post.

  • Probably the same way that they do for all of the gentlemen clubs around the world. They wouldn’t care because society is hypocritical. It’s fine for men to do it but the second they are excluded from something it’s not acceptable.

To clarify my standing I think they are both sexist and dumb. If you are going to criticize one then you need to be critical of the other.
