You reap what you sow. The GOP embraced the MAGA lunatics because they wanted to win and didn’t care about the cost. Now they get to watch the party die because they have no way to control them and they are not reasonable.

No. I don’t use Lemmy nearly as much but I took it as an opportunity to reduce my doom scrolling. I left in the first week after Apollo made the announcement. I have honestly noticed a big improvement in my life overall.

That type of thinking is one of the major problem in our country right now. The idea that a company can pay their employees the lowest wage they can get away with and then rake in millions off of their work without sharing any of the profits is what is leading to the end of the middle class. It’s ignorant as fuck.

Call me crazy but you could, you know, not oppose it. Pandering to a shrinking base is just going to lead to the end of the GOP. They need to update their platform if the hope to gain new voters.

Definitely the weakest of the three. It’s hard to top Hot Fuzz in my opinion. I watch that one two or three times a year.

I feel like I read about a leader of the Proud Boys getting sentenced to different times every week. How many “leaders” did they have?

I personally never pirate games. I don’t like dealing with the cracks and the bugs that often come with it. I don’t play more than a few games a year though so the cost isn’t too high. Pirating mostly involves movies and T.V. for me.

Could someone explain the benefits? I use public sites and download everything I’ve ever wanted and rarely have to wait more than a few minutes for them to finish. I’m no expert by any measure so I’m probably missing something.
