No no no, all the jobs will come back, the jobs that nobody wants to do because they pay so badly that no one can afford all the products that are a lot more expensive due to the tariffs. And that's not even mentioning the factories that need to be built first with all the stuff that is more expensive now as well.

The US is completely fucked. The world too, but a lot less badly than the US.

Well, at least there isn't a narcissistic tech-billionaire around who doesn't care about human lives and is closely associated with the government.

The funny thing about these automated factories is the question, how long it will take to build them and who will build them? How long until the product is done as quickly as cheaply as overseas, without these work robots constantly malfunctioning or needing repairs? There is a reason only certain industries are almost fully automated, it's simply not efficient to use (fairly expensive) robots for everything. You need a product that sells for a lot of money (like cars) for it to create a profit. But what do I know I'm not a billionaire.

Russia 2.0 is the endgame. These fuckers are all fans of Putin and absolutely love how he has funneled his country's wealth directly into his own pockets. Forget Elon Musk, Putin is the actual richest man alive, although we will probably never know exactly how rich.

Fascism always turns to gulags or concentration camps. In the United States of Trump they will be for-profit prisons employing modern slave labor. These external solutions are just stepping stones until any resemblance of democracy is eradicated.
