  • "250 symmetrical", but my router usually reports around 270ish each way. Recently moved somewhere with fiber to the home.

    Previously the cable co I was with kept sending notifications that they had "upgraded" my service. I went from like 100mbps down to like 300 down with them, but they never changed the 10mbps up...

    I would be surprised if that happened. As we learned in the Apple v. Epic case (we all suspected before hand but was confirmed) Apple has kept I message closed so that parents wouldn't "buy cheaper android phones for their kids".

  • Plus one for symfonium. I'm just wondering how to deal with my 5 star music ratings in plex. I typically listen to playlists based on a star rating of 3-5 stars and sometimes I'm only in the mood for 5 star songs so I have like 3 or 4 playlists. I would hate to have to individually rate songs all over again. Also seems like jellyfin only has a like system...

  • I've been rocking a first gen X1 Yoga (6th gen intel) for like 5-6 years, three or so of those years I've been using Pop!_OS and its been pretty good. I suspect that a 6th gen intel may be a little lacking for your uses, just to say that most ThinkPads will be good.
