Back in the day when I was home shopping in Ohio, I had the misfortune of witnessing multiple Arbor Homes with basement floor joists 22" on center instead of 16. Funny how many of them had the identical hole in the first story floor in the identical spot right at the bottom of the stairs leading to the second story.
