A chunk of my clients from low socio economic backgrounds live on soda and candy. It's how they're raised, a massive packet of crisps, can of coke and chocolate bar is their dinner. Realistically they'll just sell their stamps to buy the food THEY want.

The result of this is parents will sell stamps, have less to feed kids and kids will go short.

It's just stripping our lives away!

Yep, absolutely. I lean right but fucking hate Trump. On lemmy I can say that, on old reddit I could say that, on current reddit I'll get really nasty, hateful remarks and almost zero open dialogue

I find anything remotely pro women has always got shitty comments from the manosphere. We recently had a spate of shitty male comments on !WomensStuff@lazysoci.al
