  • I for one am glad that at least some on the right are still reachable on this matter.

But if they were okay with subjecting men they deem less than to this, it's still rather alarming, since it's not that much of a leap to then pushing pregnant women and children into the same conditions, if they are considered part of the same group.

  • Yes, it's a hard needle to thread. My point is that it's pretty fucked up in my view that it's considered unfortunate, but maybe "okay", with some if it's younger men being sent to such a place and held under such conditions, because, well, it's men. And that the only thing that might wake up some portion of the people is if women and children go there, and then some glimmer of humanity sparks in them...SMH.

It's not as if some men might have some preconditions that make them vulnerable under such conditions. Something tells me the monsters running this are not prescreening for any of that, because they are dangerous brown men....

  • That's what I guess gets me. Of course we want to protect those that are even more at risk, but why does it take it going that far to talk about the fact that there is risk for anyone being held under such conditions?

  • The sad thing is that these people are using our money and having Taco sending that money directed against blue areas. Once ICE gets all their funding, it's about to get a whole lot worse.

Taco seems to be tearing this country apart. Gee, I wonder what two countries might benefit the very most from that?

  • I guess I don't quite understand why we have a system where someone that comes here at 10 later has to take extra steps to become a citizen, honestly.

  • That's what I was trying to figure out, too - I didn't see that she voted, only that she "supported" Taco and that her husband says he wants his vote back...

  • I remember those days. I also remember when people would call things/people "gay" as kind of a generic thing, even if it was not remotely about something that was actually gay, even into the 90s. As a kid, I remember a common game was called "smear the queer"....I also remember a common insult was calling someone a "woman", and "throwing like a girl" and so on. What a world. I suppose this kind of thing still goes on a lot, probably most behind closed doors? My parents never had a lot of tolerance for any of it, but they were definitely in the minority on saying anything about it where I grew up (very rural). My mother especially didn't go in for that misogyny stuff.

I honestly think a lot of people are so resistant to any change at all that requires even the lowest amount of effort (simply not using certain words) and these are some that voted for Taco in the hopes their lazy asses could go back to not having to keep this behind closed doors any more. These are the people that howled about "PC" in the 90s, bitched about Obama "fundamentally changing" America, whined about wearing a mask and getting vaccinated, and screeched about "DEI" and "CRT" and people being "woke" and others getting "cancelled". Some of them are surely hateful, but I also think a lot of them are just really fucking lazy. Not saying a word or a phrase when it's obviously hurtful? A bridge too far.

  • Hey, according to their stupid death cult's myths, 144,000 Jews convert and are "saved", so....are they not merciful in their weird psychotic fantasies?

These people think they are the good ones, too. That's what so deranged. What they look forward to with much happiness, is having a front-row seat to eternal torture of others. That is so very sick and twisted. That's the mind of a person that would torture animals for fun. There is something wrong with this mindset. This kind of thing almost makes me wish for a world like Greg Bear's Queen of Angels where people like this are fixed.

  • I remember flinching when hearing older generations (like Greatest Generation and Silent Generation) using terms like getting "gypped" and having someone "jew them out" of something. Took me longer to figure out the gypped connection, but using Jew as a verb? Wow.

  • The only real antisemitic slur is one that hurts Netanyahu's feelings.

  • Wonder if the sign-holder voted for deporting brown people, but is possibly making use of Medicaid/Medicare?

  • Honestly, how is it any better to send young men there? I'm not wild about sending pregnant women and children there obviously, but...are we indicating that men don't matter?

  • Are those things going to be timed to hit after the mid-terms like many suspect?

  • The cynical answer is she thought the would be spared because she’s white.

I'm unsure about that? Or at least if the likes of Stephen Miller would consider her "white"? She's married to someone with the last name of "Olivera". I'm not sure what her maiden name is, but even the "crime" of marrying outside the white race might be enough at some future stage of this...

  • Democrat Party leadership

Not sure what the "Democrat Party" is other than a thing the qons use to annoy the left.

All the not-Republicans need to pick a leader now. Before one is chosen for you. Again. Clock’s ticking.

How I wish that would be a thing, but have you seen the kinds of issues that absolutely consume some on the left? I swear more would rather take a dump on what they call "shitlibs" and constantly police things like "microaggressions" and tell everyone that doesn't check off enough Oppression Olympics boxes to "check their privilege" and lecture everyone about Gaza and "genocide" (how to tell everyone you just learned about Israel and Palestinians c. October 2023 without saying it) instead of band together to fight fascism. The narcissism of small differences is a plague among so many of the most vocal left.

  • Why didn't you aggressively pursue the criminal terrorist known as Taco when you could do something about it?

  • All the fucking stupidest people. Every goddamn idiotic conspiracy theory is getting a pipeline straight to mainstream news outlets and a rep in government now. Instead of some stupid Bircher literature or having to stand out on the street and screech nonsense at passerby who could just ignore the crazy people...

I am seriously wondering when the moon landing denialists and the flat earth morons and the HIV-denialists will get their day of representation, too.

We already have the anti-vaxxer dumbfucks, the Qanon loons, the evolution-denying dipshits, what else is missing...? How about David Icke level bullshit about lizard people?

    JFC.

  • I think it's the mindset that creates conservatives and Republicans. The rules are for other people.
