Harris is in an awkward position where even if she disagrees vehemently with the Biden administration's policies, she can't really do or say anything about it because she's still a part of that administration. Undermining her boss right now would only cause a backlash from all directions that would be far more damaging than simply sitting on it until after the election.

A President Elect Harris will have far more leeway to steer policy on such a delicate issue than a Vice President Harris ever could.

The crowd blights are what scare me. Some fungus or other microorganism previously thriving within its niche suddenly spills out into conditions that ensure its unchecked spread, and it causes mass die-offs among our monocultured food supply.

Hey man, I'm all over the comment sections. I am no content creator, just an armchair critic and pundit. The peanut gallery is important too y'know. :)

The total anonymity aspect is seductive. Say anything without it being tied to any one user. Lots of toxic and nasty shit comes out of that, but also some crazy ideas and high concept stuff that might never gain traction because nobody wants to go on record about it.

The best thing about it is that nobody actually believes it's a real story. But it's a great joke, because it just fits him so well. And the joke isn't just that he would romance a loveseat, but that he might write about it without an ounce of self-awareness. The dude is not just awkward as fuck, but in a sinister sort of way. You could easily believe that if you left him alone with your own sofa, he might do unspeakable things.

I snorted my beer at that line. It was extra hilarious coming from someone so typically buttoned up and above the fray like Senator Warren. Gods I do like that woman.

Imagine how many people have thought about whether they could fit that rock in their butt.

I wouldn't say useless. They're a pretty good reminder to the type of smeghead who might not already know this.

Thankfully I've never really had any major reaction to flue shots aside from a sore arm for a couple of days, but I know people who get knocked flat for a day or two afterward and they still get them because they know the actual illness is much, much worse and affects more than just them.

They really need to just offer them in parallel at flu shot clinics. It's just a thing responsible people should do, and our health infrastructure should make as simple as possible for them to do it.
