  • I like how he gave a review of the jail and the food.

Also he and his son held up a gas station together so at least they had some family time together because he killed his son.

  • I think it is just a different scary. It is less predators snatching you up in their white van and more social media is totally screwing with people's heads. It is more addictive than ever before. People are have para social relationships with online personalities. All photos you see online have been edited and changed to make them look better. Creating huge body image issues. And that is just the stuff I can think of off the top of my head.

And the preditor in the white van hasn't actually gone away. Their have been some very questionables things over the years that have gotten some news coverage. Spiderman and Elisa shit, some very very questionable Musicly/TikTok video with kids, I have heard about some kids doing ASMR videos. Minecraft YouTubers seem to always end up grooming some kids.

Bottom line the Internet be scary. Stay safe and definitely don't let kids be unattended.

  • Yeah but at the end it said

Most consumer personal electronic devices containing batteries are allowed in carry-on and checked baggage, including but not limited to cell phones, smart phones, data loggers, PDAs, electronic games, tablets, laptop computers, cameras, camcorders, watches, calculators, etc. This covers typical dry cell batteries, lithium metal, and lithium ion batteries for consumer electronics (AA, AAA, C, D, button cell, camera batteries, laptop batteries, etc.)

So it seems like they would prefer them to be on a carry-on but there isn't a rule against it.

  • No that is saying all spare uninstalled batteries

Spare (uninstalled) lithium ion and lithium metal batteries, including power banks and cell phone battery charging cases, must be carried in carry-on baggage only.

Here is it talking about built in

    https://www.faa.gov/hazmat/packsafe/portable-electronic-devices-with-batteries

When portable electronic devices powered by lithium batteries are in checked baggage, they must be completely powered off and protected to prevent unintentional activation or damage.

Sounds like it is ok as long as they are powered off.

  • I won’t ever understand no matter how many excuses you give me. If a company doesn’t want to support my os then to fucking bad, I won’t give them my money.

Sure the is commendable but end of the day it is what is important to you. If my group of friends is playing a game and that game isn't supported on Linux. That affect me a lot more then it would affect the company.

  • It is getting better but there are still alot of things you just can't do on Linux.

Like for my work we have alot of specialized software that is only for Windows. Sure I might be able to get it working under Linux but what do you think will happen if I need get software Support for this software? They will say i am using an unsupported OS and hang up.

And for my home, there is so many anti cheat software that refuses to work on Linux or potentially get you banned.

Linux has come a very long way in the last 5 years but there is still alot of situations the abusive relationship is your only option.

  • Can regions support the population with local food growth.

You need good soil, and water and the right climate and space to do it. That is kind of why we went away from local food growth in the first place.

Currently were i live we have 4 seasons significantly. We have farmers markets in the Summer and Fall but all of that goes away in the Winter and spring because they can't grow food year round.

I guess we can now build out physical structures where you can grow inside where we can monitor and control everything. I don't know how that compares to traditional fields.

I just want to be sure this isn't a best intentions but unforseen super bad consequences.

We have also been spoiled with the variety of food we have everywhere. I can almost buy every type of food the world has to offer because of the huge transportation industry we have.

  • I think it is impossible to just have one.

I am a sucker for soundtracks but soundtracks do cheat a little bit just because you get emotionally invested into the movie/game/tv show and have such great memories with them it is hard not to find them amazing.

Test Drive or Forbidden Friendship from the Movie How to Train your Dragon. Is the first ones that came to my mind when you say beautiful song.

    The Halo theme song.

Good Riddance from the game Hades covered by Rachel Hardy. (Also Anything from Rachel Hardy. She has an amazing voice and does an amazing job covering songs IMO.)

May it be by (Enya) (yet another movie sound track Lord of the Rings. lol)

The Light in Us all (Planet Coaster)

I see this is a very weird list I have come up with. These are just the ones that came into my head first.
