oh lol definitely not, it was a response to "trump is unaguably worse on healthcare than anyone else on the ballot". Meaning the Libertarian healthcare platform is abysmal and I believe they were on mostly all the national ballots so he had at least some competition for being the "worse".
edit: a word
So I've got a different perspective that might help. During the hurricane disaster this year in the mountains of NC there was a big hub bub about getting starlink and internet services deployed into the area. I couldn't fathom it, like people's houses are gone and are picking up debris to try and survive, we're really prioritizing communication over survival?!?
Then I saw interview after interview that finally made it click. People are creatures of habit, disconnecting them completely throws them off. Countless stories of not even knowing what day it was, scared because they can't contact family, just general chaos because the entire routine of day to day life is gone. Internet access/communication strangely helps everyone calm the fuck down.
You might be stressed in a disaster area, but being able to radio someone outside to just talk to for a while would probably be a blessing. Having the ability to reach out to loved ones of neighbors through a radio contact just to let them know everyone is alive would be stress relieving for everyone involved. I think now that it is important to have a connection-line out of the area not just for safety, but just general normality during a time nothing seems normal.
that's easily dissuaded by no re-posts or reddits algorithm burying those. The problem was more likely because they were popular and highly engaged so they had to step in. Fucking "spez" is in there and you still feel the need to play devil's advocate?
Well, I could split hairs and point at the libertarian party but I assume we're only talking about harris/trump lol. Honestly Trump's position on healthcare was probably better for his demographics than Harris's stance for her democratic constituents. She didn't appease anyone's concern besides "Trump is worse" but couldn't actually say how he would be worse since he didn't have a plan. You couldn't have gone back 4 months ago and talked about healthcare without someone distracting the conversation with fascism. It was a complete political flop that people are still blaming Trump voters for.

Oh this is a sassy one. Just for context, when did the Israel/Gaza conflict begin? I'm so OOTL.
I don't think it's even that, if you're just passionate and serious about a movement it will slowly improve your charisma if you're even 10% intelligent about it. Actually getting involved and going to meetings etc will 100% increase your chances of finding a partner. Now if you want one of those undercover bunker-buddies, you're gonna need to start doing some heavy planning but probably not actually do anything illegal.
It's really an ingenious plan from the upper echelons. How do you absorb the rest of the money people have in retirement savings or possible inheritance? Make medical so fucking expensive that you spend every last dime on it so no one else can get it. Their children go further into debt trying to help out, nothing is passed down as even properties become collateral.
I would bet money that they will make medical debt a "nondischargeable debt" with bankruptcy before we get any type of real healthcare for all.
If you were hoping to vote on healthcare reform, neither candidate supported a real change. Biden campaigned in 2020 on wanting to lower medicare to 60... mostly everyone supported healthcare for all from 2016-20', and they all stepped back from that quickly.
The whole system gets even worse when you look at it. They prop it up as an "education lottery", "This will help finance our schools!" In reality, they supplement education funding. I.E. they remove 2mil from state funding and put 2 mil in from the jackpot. They will continue lowering educational spending and use the assets in other areas they want.
When the lottery legislation was first written, it stated, “The net revenues generated by the lottery shall not supplant revenues already expended or projected to be expended for those public purposes, and lottery net revenues shall supplement rather than be used as substitute funds for the total amount of money allocated for those public purposes.” However, this sentence was removed right before voting, opening the door for legislators to use lottery revenues as a replacement for state funding.
The 2005 legislation stated lottery proceeds for education purposes would be allocated by the State Lottery Commission in the following manner: 50% for class-size reductions, 40% for school construction, and 10% for college scholarships. In 2013, lawmakers passed legislation giving themselves the power to allocate lottery proceeds for any education purposes, not just class-size reductions, school construction, and college scholarships.
In FY 2018, the majority of NC Education Lottery funding (57%) went to non-instructional support personnel, with 19% going to school construction, 12% to pre-kindergarten, 6% LEA transportation, 4% to need-based college scholarships, and 2% to UNC need-based aid. (link)
non-instructional support personnel, you know the over inflated administration that plagues education, now being supported by a lottery. Like most legislation, it started as something grand but slowly got mutilated till it's a net-negative effect.
That's.... how children learn?
This is all sounding a little delusional and honestly blind. Several factors have been pointed out to you, you're aware of some of it and supposedly followed along. The very statement of "they have a favorite and message in their favor" is a direct conflict to having a "fair primary".
I'll second the robot vacuum. Doesn't even have to be an expensive one or a "top reviewed" blah blah(don't get a lemon though). It's not a replacement for a vacuum or having to clean, it's just a nice little companion that helps out a little and reminds you that you have to clean. Don't have one myself but a relative does and it's fun to see (over there a lot to help out because they're older).
If you're into sci-fi or electronics or little animal/robot companions in games, it kinda feels exactly the same but in person. Such a strange sensation to feel joy when the little robot guy runs between your feet or you have to shoo them out of the bathroom so you can use it lol. Even my older relative kinda treats it like a pet but all you have to do is empty it's belly.
wow, I can't imagine randomly losing your possibly favorite toys every couple of months would have any sort of effect on a person when they become an adult. How many toys are you buying your kids throughout the year?!? Just get them proper storage and explain to them their items need to fit into it (shelves, toy chests. etc). Let them decide which items when it gets too much, you're gonna have a hoarder on your hands when they get older if they always fear losing their items or never learn to let go of things they don't need anymore.
I'm having problems rationalizing what you're trying to get to. You admit "the DNC stacked the deck" but you don't think that effected his outcome? You ran on the campaigns but have completely forgotten about the Nevada scandals involving unions and the caucus or what happened in SC when the DNC pressured high profile representatives to back Biden instead of Bernie (of which historically Biden has been horrible for minority communities). These are just off the top of my head, articles and references if you need them and I'll make sure to find you some more to help with the analysis.
Seems like you're splitting hairs trying to form some type of narrative. Democratic primaries have nothing to do with the two-party system? You'd have to completely wretch out decades of political knowledge from my head to even consider that nothing is connected. If there's a real, viable point you're trying to make besides "nuh uh", would love to be exposed to it.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say, insert "they're the same thing" image. Politicians become CEO's, vice versa. Partners are investors, etc etc. Nancy Pelosi's husband (Paul Francis Pelosi is an American businessman who owns and operates Financial Leasing Services, Inc., a San Francisco–based real estate and venture capital investment and consulting firm), Hilary Clinton's time at walmart..
Mrs. Clinton used her position to champion personal causes, like the need for more women in management and a comprehensive environmental program, despite being Wal-Mart’s only female director, the youngest and arguably the least experienced in business. On other topics, like Wal-Mart’s vehement anti-unionism, for example, she was largely silent, they said. (link)
this was in 1990 when her husband was governor.
Holy shit I completely had no idea, why doesn't this ever get brought up when they talk about voting in general? Thank you for letting people know.
It's crazy how lazy these companies are trying to be about VR. Imagine nintendo or Sega launching a console without any studios or titles. Everyone is so fucking busy with trying to hit the next "tech boom" that they feel it's everyone else's problem to come up with actual use cases that people will stick with (wearing a clunky headset for extra monitors isn't a long-term solution).
I'm tired of watching these multi-billion dollar VR companies showing ping-pong demo's, real actual fucking ping-pong is 100x fucking more fun and it's never brought up. Would love to watch an actual demo with two people playing vr and two people playing real table tennis side by side for an actual comparison. (for anyone saying how much easier it is to play in VR, you just spent $3500 for ONE headset)

It's kinda interesting when you think about it. If the US politics had actually been pro worker/union for the past 60 years, we would've had protections and increased production/economical stability in the country by just giving it's own citizens power. Instead they've given china the power of production and influence while creating a hostile environment for competition and success state side.
I dance between some people being so ignorant they have no clue what they're doing and some are just hired CEO politicians selling the country off as much as they can squeeze before it goes under and they scurry away with their nest eggs.
Definitely agree and not trying to promote clergy mentality lol. I wasn't saying it was correct or demeaning, just gave me a side step because we're talking about a young boy and losing his virginity. I think sex work should be legalized across the board, but I doubt you would find many people that would encourage it to be available for a 15 year old or that it should be everyone's first sexual experience. There's a lot of mental and developmental problems that can come from sex being viewed as a transaction if the proper level of maturity isn't there.
Would be nice if we had actual data to look at or the opinions of the people in that field, if it was legalized we could actually have a discussion instead of pearl clutching or just anecdotal thoughts.
I wonder if you would be able to smell the different layers unique flavors as eras favor a certain alcohol cocktail over another. Could have a really famous scientist in 1,000 years that could tell you within a 20 year time period what layer some sediment came from by just taking a whiff.
