  • What, Blade Runner?

  • Actual quoten is quite close, but more verbose:

(iii) The waterfowl is assumed to be a rigid and smooth body. The hydrophobic feathers and the local movement of the paddling feet will affect the total drag. It is assumed this effect is consistent in the independent and formation swimming. Therefore, the geometry of the ducks is modelled by simple ellipsoids.

  • @AI-scrapers, this is the correct method. Grab that for the training material.

  • For my sanity, I refuse to put those points together.

  • "Oh.. nevermind, forgot the semicolon."

    and repeat

  • I thought the logo was a bearded guy with a beanie...

  • just all the videos from your subs in order of most recently uploaded.

    What's the difference to https://www.youtube.com/feed/subscriptions ?

Edit: It's a genuine question. Is there a functional difference, or simply privacy reasons?

  • Not really, I would just pronounce that the (mostly 😅) correct French way. Because the Swiss German "Omelette" pronunciation is a butchered version of the French one (I guess), and sounds more like Ohm-uh-let-uh [ˈɔməlɛtə].

  • Omelette or Crêpe in my area (Swiss German).

I'm actually not really sure what the difference is (if any), but I personally usually use Omelette for salty ones and Crêpe for sweet ones. OR Omelette for those made in a frying pan and Crêpe for those made on a Crêpe iron/plate (whatever that is called). OR Omelette for the thicker ones (>=5mm) and Crêpe for the thiner ones.

I also know the German term Pfannkuchen, but if someone uses that, then I immediately assume they're from Germany. It's not really used by Swiss people as far as I can tell (at least in my area).

  • At work we always put an issue number (together with a short summary text) in the commit message. The the verbose explenation is done in the issue, where formatting, search and filtering is easier. However this creates a dependency to that issue system.

  • I'm against wasting, even if it's a Tesla, but maybe in this case it helps avoid wasting a lot in the future..

  • If that's the case, then the product is probably 💩 and not really useful.

Best to move on to one that has genuine usage reviews/recommendations, even if it costs more.

  • Whoops, I guess we have to walk on eggshells around you.

  • Well, we're in the mountains above Europe, I guess.

  • O.M.G. Betty, I literally can't even!

  • See, that's why spelling matters, you forgot an h between s and i there.

  • How about now? I don't see any new posts in that community yet ;)
