  • I used to try taking Basculin as much as I could as jt was my first shiny pokemon, but on a lot of occasions the name got slipped from me by Pokemon fans. So I took CaptainBasculin. No complaints so far.

  • More context: Under Turkish law, any elected lawmaker are granted immunity no matter any previous punishment. Can Atalay was elected as a lawmaker from Turkish Workers Party while he was in jail; but he was refused to let go out of the jail.

The debate about him went all the way to the head law court (AYM); and they essentially said "people elected him, he should be let go, keeping him in jail is not legal".

On this parliament debate this was meant to be discussed; however members of the governing party first started provoking other parties; then they initiated a fist fight.

Well, immunity applies to all elected lawmakers. If you've been punched by a lawmaker, you have no grounds to sue it.

  • You can't really expect to find your account's stealer unless you have some legal authority. There are all sorts of middlemen from all around the world in acquiring the accounts and selling them on forums. Finding the person who stole your friends" account is like finding the same thief that stole from you in a holiday trip in another country, selling their stolen goods.

Speaking of; you could research where some database leaks are dumped to find out where these deals are happening. Can't link any bc of instance rules.

  • While working: battleofthebits radio

They contain 8-bit style music, very neat as a background music while doing other work.

While biking: auto generated spotify playlists.

I really like the different musics Spotify reccomends based on what I previously listen

  • There aren't. However, if one country's laws says "we torture lgbt its a crime", why would you move there as a queer, where your existence is considered a crime? Surely there are other job opportunities at other places that don't think that way.

  • Turkish Government's typical approach to dealing with sites is "demand the site to comply with whatever excuse they got, if they don't deal with it fast, block the site entirely.". For IG they blamed censorship on posts involving the hamas leader's death and on roblox they blame the child abuse concerns.

IG already claims to have resolved this situation (update: and they're appearently getting unblocked really soon), and roblox claim is fucking hypocritical considering they defended the higher ups in the ensar foundation rape scandal and blamed it all onto a single person. Catch your fucking local predators before going after online predators.

  • Unless it's DRM Free, there's no way I'm buying a manga digitally. I have a bookshelf filled with manga and some even has localised stuff to my language; I can give any of them to a friend if I want to. I can't do that with any copy with DRM.

People already pirate the fuck out of this medium already; it's tons more easier hosting a few images compared to other media format like videos and music; there's nothing to lose with selling DRM free copies. I don't get why they bother with it.
