Well yes. I’m actually using Memmy. But I guess I don’t see how it would be inspired by Apollo. Don’t get my wrong, the dev is doing amazing work and I think it’s the best Lemmy app right now, but Voyager is 100% Apollo’s clone.

For me, I take mine black. Two reasons: 1: I’m lactose intolerant, and 2: I dislike the aftertaste dairy products leave on your tongue.

Thank you! I’ve been wondering about the mismatch in subscriber count for a while. However I’ve noticed there seems to be sync issues where content on for example again memes@lemmy.ml may have one stream of memes on hot or new, then you switch to a sh.itjust.works account and there’s a completely different feed. Tho after a couple hours the content will show up, so it may be a long delay.

Good to know the subscriber count doesn’t mean a community is missing instance subscribers

Not really. I usually just check the subscriber count and pick the larger one. Unless if they’re about the same, then I’ll sub to both. Just means I’ll see more content. Might be a bit of overlap sometimes, but not always.

Idk. Maybe? I usually just say I was browsing Federated or browsing Local. I mean it’s not Reddit.

All if your browsing all Federated content, Local if your browsing all content on your Instance.

I know I’ve forgotten to turn on auto-renew on a domain before. It sucks and caused a lapse. I think most registrars have a cooldown period where you can pay a fee to get your domain back before they release it back into the general pool. It’s usually like 90 days or something.

Idk. Here’s an example of a post that’s flagged as NSFW, but isn’t porn or NSLF. TBH this is a pretty mild example, and not even that good of a post. But sometimes people flag things NSFW because people are more likely to click it. example
