  • A friend of mine "adopted" a feral kitten from a garbage can. She opened the lid, saw him, picked him up and would up taking him home. He's the most affectionate and stupid creature I have ever met - he makes a ginger cat look like a genius. He forgets which window he left from (she leaves an open window for him) and sits at the front door meowing. He has walked off the edge of tables and was genuinely surprised to be on the floor. He would try to play with his litter mates, who were still feral, and be confused as to why they would run away from him (he's a big tomcat). At the end of the day, the cat has a loving home, and my friend has a sweet, albeit derpy, tuxedo companion.

Perhaps this mouser is a distant cousin of his Canadian counterpart.

  • People who had chickenpox as children are at risk of getting shingles in later adulthood, which is supposedly awful and very painful. There's not much to like about that.

  • If I understand correctly, there's a way to get permission to enter if it's been a certain amount of time after the conviction and it was a non-violent offense.

  • Perhaps they find a way to tax the dead, scorched trees. How dare they set themselves on fire! /s

  • This scam is as old as time. A person in a bad place in their life and/or let hormones make their decisions is vulnerable to these. People considered 'intelligent' get duped in scams too.

  • Bayer was also an equally immoral company before it bought Monsanto. What the buyout did was open opportunities for groups seeking legal action against Monsanto.

  • Such a beautiful, healthy coat of fur 😍

  • With the state of some public utilities, dysentery won't be far behind.

  • The government's efforts have been misguided because they won't acknowledge the systemic issues: work culture and sexism. Instead they have pushed monetary programs and are confused as to why they're not working.

  • The Battle of Britain during WW2 destroyed a lot of British cities, major ports, and industrial centres, to the point that the rations system continued into the 1950s because the country was broke and rebuilding.

  • Love the cute paw curl 😍

  • One of those cats is not like the others.

  • Apparently the proper term, 'natural decrease ', is much less sensational. It's all about clicks and views now, not delivering good content.

  • The descriptions of blood pressure headaches are inconsistent with tension headaches. Primarily, a headache that worsens with exercise/strain does not align with symptoms of a tension headache, which will remain unchanged. That being said, I am not trying to downplay the legitimate link of headaches in general with blood pressure.

  • Pro tip: used book sales do not generate royalties. I bought the full set of HP from a local used bookstore with no guilt.

  • That's what LUSH does. I can barely walk by the stores without it's intense cacophony of scents assaulting my nose. It's awful.

  • "If I fits, I sits" to the extreme.

  • He can crash my BBQs all he wants
