Joe Rogan is whatever. At least he's a real person. I'm more worried about nation state botnets.

It'd be nice if they didn't give up in 2 minutes.

The entire image of America sold to me as a child was a lie and I'm having a very difficult time rectifying that.

Poor uneducated people are disenfranchised within our current form of government. Instead of fighting their oppressors, they surprisingly give up more of their power to those oppressors. They do this willingly and enthusiastically to join the in-group on the surface level while reaping none of the benefits. In fact it will cost much of Trump's base severely.

There are a lot of people working with Trump. It's not just him that's the problem.

The plan according to project 2025 is to classify trans people existing as pornographic. Wish I was joking. Been warning people about this for a year now.

Everything is political. Always has been. Only difference is people's money is getting affected so it's unignorable. Mind you when it's racism, sexism, oppression, genocide it's all ignorable. But God forbid you get in the way of people's money.

Because Reddit bans people for talking about politics openly. Those people end up coming to Lemmy to talk about the same topics. Remember you can't even mention Luigi on Reddit anymore. It's a website of manufactured consent.

Last therapist I talked to asked me what my problems were. I said they're personal and I have a hard time talking about them. He essentially said "alright not much we can do then" and ended the meeting. This was after about 2 weeks of waiting for the appointment too. I haven't bothered looking for another therapist.

They don't care about me. They care about the money I give them.

Compartmentalize all the horrors of life and it's great!

That used to be the case for me as a kid. But lately it hasn't been very emotional. I'm of completely sound mind. I just don't particularly enjoy being alive anymore. Death seems peaceful. No pain, no taxes, no humans.

It's an industry akin to private prisons. Just another fucked up brain child of soulless financiers that value paper over human life.
