I really love when physic estimates end with "probably not world ending"

This is purely anecdotally and pretty worthless as a guide or anything, but i got it working perfectly on my framework laptop running kde neon (basically Ubuntu with kde as de in rolling release mode) But its basically archeotech, past me followed a bunch of hints in the framework forum, did some unknown configuration and now it works reliable through all other updates since at least 20 month, battery holds around a week or so sleeping i think

Here in germoney there are church, state and private run kindergartens where you drop off your child 6 to 12 hours, they are not super easily available in big cities bit its a widely available system

I know nothing about Chinese child care, but reading that the government wishes for more child rearing, might it be that there are other systemic problems like no access to child care facilities, a culture that doesn't value women and people exhausted by long work days? I might have read that this is part of the root cause in korea. But sure, some gay novels might also be the reason for significant numbers. Overall the Chinese are somewhat known for pragmatic approaches, why chasing illusions in this case? The total number of readers and writers can't be that huge can't it?

As a younger father i can confidently say that that plan was doomed anyway, between diaper changes, feeding, orchestrating the day and various parents events there are maybe 2 hours of personal time that get eaten up by shores. Except, child neglect, that would free up time

thanks, at least for the first point, those "Fritz Box" Routers are somewhat usual in german, I got my own to have more control over my network..and it does indeed support NAT loopback, I think that is what I had to configure in my previous IPv4 Setup for everything to work. For the rest..I will have to do some research. Although, my IPv6 address starts with 2a02 and is indeed reacheable from the outside, so apparently that is a thing

Thanks for the pointer, I will try that....as soon as I have repaired the network stuff that I somehow broke 15 minutes after I wrote the last text by trying to upgrade the host-debian system the webserver VM lives in.

But yes, its a problem with other devices, but actually not with the windows gaming pc that is connected via cable, only Wifi devices seem to have that problem. I actually checked if the swap to the guest wifi (because for some reason it has better connection?) and it doesnt, so its at least not that
