  • Interestingly, I think it was yet another story of a guy being sort of okay (if I remember correctly, Lucy Lawless always thought he was a bit of a dingus), receiving a catastrophic brain injury via concussion or fever or something, then coming out the other end a raging bigot who thinks gods light shines out his balloon knot.

Edit: AFTER typing all that shit out I googled it 🤦🏻‍♂️ He had a series of strokes. Yarp. Brain damage does this.

  • Chiropractors are, by definition, peddlers of pseudoscience.

    D. D. Palmer founded chiropractic in the 1890s,[21] claiming that he had received it from "the other world".[22] Palmer maintained that the tenets of chiropractic were passed along to him by a doctor who had died 50 years previously.[23

  • The part of these peoples’ plan that never made any sense to me is their animosity toward nature.

It’s not just that they disregard its value, it feels at times that they actively hate it. But the thing that sticks in my craw a little the fact that they must know that they (or at the very least their children and their children) will live with the consequences of all this shit?

There’s something willfully suicidal about it. I feel a bit like I got on a bus and the driver has just launched us off a bridge because he wants to off himself.
