I kinda disagree. If you watch the duellist, which in my opinion is the vest description of a realistic sword fight, you van see that they are super nervous. No one wats to really die, so they drag it out. It's not a video game where you respawn so you just try to get a good hit and hope for the best.

That's why when you see documentaries about tribes that had little to no contact to the outside world, women are often hunting and do the heavy lifting and men are at home raising kids and taking care of the village while the women are out there. I mean i haven't seen it, but according to this one weird paper they must exist.

I watched a video because i was curious since i have only played call of duty 4 and mw2 and then warzone. People talked about how the operators and skins didn't transfer. I mean if you look at a game like fifa who has the same bugs over generations because they couldn't care less, it's kinda nice that someone at least pretends to care. But the bar is in fact very low in the industry
