He'll be under all kinds of scrutiny that he's never had to endure before. As is, the odds that Merchand will jail him are decidedly non-zero. The odds of him fully complying with release conditions are quite low.

His mental health is pretty bad as is. Prison will not be kind to him.

Progressive residential property tax rates. The first home, low tax. Second home, a bit higher. Third home, a bigger bit higher and so on until somewhere around the 8th or 10th one the annual rate hits 100% and keeps going.

This is a very modern attitude regarding human rights- like only a couple of hundred years modern, and still not universally applied. I don't know but I suspect that there are not too many shrunken heads made lately.

For a bit of a look at some previous attitudes, I can recommend Dan Carlin's Hardcore history podcast.

He'll try to get it to the us supreme court though, probably arguing that because the fraud was on a us election it's a federal matter.
