I always appreciated that in shows like Pawn Stars and American Pickers, yeah the main point is entertainment, but they actually made an effort to explain the objects and history around them.
Yeah I defend Ukraine against Russia, but war is war, and war never changes. It’s been 2 years of full fighting and I can’t pretend to be okay with a continuous war even against Russia and Putin who are awful.
So this sounded crazy to me, like I’d never be able to do that, I just grabbed paper, a pen in my left hand(I’m right handed) and a pen shaped object in the other(it doesn’t write) I moved both hands at the same time as if writing with both, and my left hand writing is better than I’ve ever seen myself do, when trying to independently write with my left hand.
So, you’re actually viewing the past with rose tinted glasses here. There was never a time when basic cable was completely ad free. There was certain channels that started ad free, and some like HBO only ever showed ads for their own content, but there was always ads. TV now is very different and arguably worse, but not for that reason.
Same. I still feel the individual is worth it for me as YouTube is the bulk of content I watch. People also tend to forget that a portion of every subscription goes to the creators that you actually watch.
Also generally with hotels, especially chains, you can actually talk to people to get issues sorted or at least get refunds etc a bell of a lot easier than just chatting with someone overseas through an app.
Yes yes kitten is cute, but is anyone else trying to figure out OPs job based on the few words we can see? Transferable ???? Omelette? NFTs??
