  • Ah so not America but the Internet rather. If its the Internet, Im fine with it. I intentionally avoid news sites and ragebait. Think of it logically. It wont really do anything to your life really. No need to keep reading these.

  • This is only 10% of the article dipshit. Some of these points are only theorized to be the case.

Also, I find it kind of funny. Scientific method is just a model with its own flaws and is bound to faliure in certain fields as all models do.

  • Spartans were way better trained as being royalty who should have been exclusively occupied with warfare in addition to their own propaganda that they were invaders and that the helots would betray them first time they could.

Practicing on live helots, being barred from politics until you were old enough and the puritanism all played into making them the most formidable.

I think that despite spartan losses, they almost always had the edge in the training and morale for the average citizen.

Sparta feels like if the Navy seals lead a state. The Shogunate feels more like a long lived junta with feudalism.

  • The most morbid kind are the majority who need a weird outrage on pollution or slavery but otherwise are barely committed to distinguish themselves.

Even in just casual interaction I can go like holy fucking shit. The amount of times people routinely character assasinated me online makes me highly pessimistic of that tolerance and righteousness they declare.
