The insane experiment paid off! This game of games is a pure expression for the joy of gaming. I've put some hours in just poking around, and find myself consistently pleased at everything I play. Not everything is my type of game, but they still stand out as well made and even drew me in a couple times. Warp tank was the first to really grab hold of me and I want to beat it first.

People keep saying it's like alternate reality Nintendo, and it's clear why just by looking at it. I think it's more the crystallized memory of how those days felt as a gamer. The magic of sitting in front of an old zenith on a rainy day and playing that weird rental you found. UFO 50 is like the smell that triggers a powerful memory you haven't had in decades. I can't wait to jump back in.

He did very poorly. His base is largely racist whites. Harris knows that very well and made sure to embarrass him in ways the base wouldn't like. That was from before we knew better. We've seen since then that it is indeed racism and hatred that powers the Republican base. That's why the GOP doesn't need to have any real policy laid out anymore. They just have to promise to hurt the "right" people this time around. Any sane Republicans that existed then are voting Democrat now.

Nah. Biden was old and tired. Trump is a bumbling insane person who was easily led by the nose. A strong woman of color made trump look incredibly weak to a base made up of racist whites. Trump was obviously the worst performance.

You'll tell yourself that because you want to be like that, so you strive for it. You need to believe you'll escape your essential humanity. You can't. You won't. Rich people are entirely the same exact creature we are. Cannot purchase your way out of that. Call history fairy tails all you want, but you won't convince me, I've been on both sides of the coin. I know from first hand experience how utterly basic and human rich people are.

They are not unique or special in any way. They are just people. They have more nice stuff and they have power, but they are still just the same species of clever ape we all are. If they all died, they would just be replaced. We replace billionaires all the time. We treat the money as more important than any meat behind it anyway.

Whatever you have to tell yourself as you chase the dream. Can't buy your way out of being a human creature. There's lots of history that shows all the money in the world can't stop some folks from being miserable, angry fucks.
