I’m dyslexic so videos are the best starting point for me. However, I don’t like all the lazy copycat tutorials out there on YouTube. A good comprehensive video course, or a quick informative video are essential for my process.

What would convince anyone to blindly accept liability for 100k users on a volunteer basis? If you owned the servers and your name was on the line, would you feel comfortable hosting “ambiguous” (your words) material?

Your tone echos the people that yell at FOSS devs on GitHub. You are the entitled one. It’s hilarious, you think you’re entitled to random people accepting liability on your behalf.

“Here” should be the fediverse, not all in lemmy.world. Ask yourself why the lemmy.world volunteers should accept liability blindly? They are responsible for what goes on in their servers. If you want to make your own rules, literally go and start your own instance… I’m sure when it’s your name on the hook you’ll be fine with “anything goes” on your server.

I have an idea. How about all of the complainers go and start your own instance and allow whatever you want. When you have 100k users good luck sleeping.
