Well, I got the iPhone with my job, my iPad was a gift from work and the kids iMac was free. The only apple product that I have bought is my 2023 mac air. I got that because at the end of the dat it was not much more than a plastic

My Desktop is dual win10/Debian (KDE)
The server is proxmox and has ~20 linux based VMs or LXC, 1/2 a dozen BSD based VMs and a win10
Work laptop is win11 and the ~6 odd other boxes I work with at work are all windows
And it will take me all of 60 seconds to turn off cloudflare on my instance I I ever have to and 5 min for TTL on the DNS to expire, bit in saying that I have moved from a small indipendent VPS to a much larger provider for cost saving (Mostly for storage, but also double the core count).
In New Zealand we have a little blue/purple mushroom (Entoloma hochstetteri) that grows in the depths of our temperate rain forests. It features on our $50 bank note - probably the only bank note that has a mushroom as one of its main features. Not many people get to see, or notice, this little pop of bright colour deep in the forest.
