People already refer to their (differently aged) groups of children a litter. I don't think I've ever heard it used in a negative way, though

Mr Beast is a joke. He exemplifies everything people don't like about capitalism and people love him for it

He's extremely rich and is gracious enough to help people. Not enough people to lose him money. That would be ridiculous. Only enough to convince everybody else that he's one of the good rich ones
