I don’t think Putin’s pride will allow that. Short of the Ukrainian army seizing Moscow and trapping Putin in his Tzarist bunker-compound, they will force no peace from that KGB fascist.

In 1965, the National Guard was protecting the protestors from the police.

In 2025 they are colluding with the police.

Trump is again violating the Constitution. he does not have Title 10 authority to federalize the National Guard for anything short of national emergencies. The Constitution assigns that responsibility to the governors of the states, not the President.

Trump’s repeated unconstitutional seizing of power should have had him forcibly removed from office many times over. That Congress has not performed their duty to the people and our Constitution is all the proof we need that a purge is required if we want to survive.

You can always use a debloat script to fix a lot of issues. Nothing will help with Windows broken, ancient architecture, but the scripts do help.

Other than the Windows tax, ads, bloatware, constant intrusive up-sell attempts…

If it takes too long to see a GI specialist, there are OTC acid reducers like omeprazole you can start in the interim. They take a while to see results, especially if the reflux has injured your esophagus.

Capitalism ≠ Free Market

Capitalism, by definition, is the pursuit and hoarding of wealth at all costs. This is ideologically opposed to the concept of a free market, because it will inevitably lead to captured markets and trusts.

While I agree that this particular scenario is unrelated to Capitalism as it is a matter of national protectionism, I’m simply taking umbrage with using “free market” and “capitalism” in a sentence together. Capitalism will always ultimately kill a free market.

Besides having an ancient codebase and encouraging poor programming habits, it’s creator abandoned the project for months after an embarrassing public spat with another company. Plus its UX has gotten consistently worse over the last several years. It may have gotten more powerful, but also much less usable.

It’s like WordPress, but good.

I didnt realize Steam would do that. There have been several times where EULAs changed or malware was added a year or more later and I just assumed I had no recourse.
