Premium ads popped up a bit ago, there were several posts and articles about it. Apparently they're also testing different tiers of premium like Netflix.

I'm a Halo hoarder collector, and I think I only have 4 of those ugly Pop vinyls. They're all Halo ones but they don't have the dark soulless beady little eyes the rest of them do. Two of them were gifts anyway so I didn't give them much money.

They're ugly and tacky to me.

Haven't had the time to tear the dash apart. It's located below the infotainment screen. It's not transmitting so no need for immediate action.

Pretty simple, there's a fuse in the fuse box under the dash labeled DCM, just remove it. It's extremely simple and takes 3 minutes. The DCM has an 18650 backup battery so it'll stay powered for a short time but should die in a day or two and stop transmitting.

First thing I did when buying my '21 Toyota was remove the fuse giving power to the cellular modem. Is it still recording my data? Of course, but that's only a worry if I go to their dealership for service. If I ever need to actually do that (recalls for example) I'll remove the DCM module from the vehicle before bringing it in. There's a very good local shop near me that I'll bring it to for normal maintenance before letting Toyota plug in to the car and download my data.

Some vehicles this may not be possible, so if this concerns you, check forums about your vehicle if it is a moving spy machine before trying this because you might end up causing the vehicle to be put in limp mode because of some BS design choices.

Happened to me a few years ago, started in a new office and one of the guys seemed cool so we talked more frequently. Ended up helping him get the apartment upstairs from me because his lease was expiring and carpooled to work. That's when the clinginess started, couldn't go half a day without him always texting or calling over stupid shit and borderline unhinged behaviors. I distanced myself real quick from him. Mines nothing special, i5 10400 with 16GB of RAM and a 1050ti for video encoding. System runs TrueNAS Scale for Plex and Immich and has 44TB of drives running through a Dell H310 PERC SAS card. I desperately need more storage but I've been lacking the funds for new drives, I'd also need a 5.25" drive bay converter to hold the 2 additional drives I need in this case since all the bays are full, and another SAS card since this one's used up.

I'd like to move to Jellyfin but from what I've read it doesn't do as well for streaming from outside the network compared to Plex and half the users of my server are outside my network. So it works for now.

Also have a Raspberry Pi 5 running PiHole

Also a buddy 3D printed a fan mount for the H310 to make sure it doesnt overheat when doing file transfers and I slapped a Noctua on it

No that's a Honda LaneSense passenger side camera toggle, shows what's beside/behind you from the side mirrors perspective. My mom's HRV has it. It also activates when you turn on the right turn signal. My guess it it's from turning the headlights on and off with dirty hands, you can see it's set to OFF now. Don't know why people don't just use the auto headlight feature.

Pretty fucked. I'm already weighing my options here now that this has happened. My gf is a Brazilian here on a education visa, will Trump deport her? Maybe. If she goes back to see family during the summer will she be allowed back in? I don't have much faith she will be. My cousin is trans and in a red state now, he's very much at risk. My other cousin is queer and also at risk. If my dad wasn't already dead his disability money will have dried up, not to mention his medications and treatments would've been unaffordable more than they already were. Thank fuck I don't have or want kids so they don't have to grow up in this shit hole of a country, if there's even a livable planet left with Trump deregulating and adding to the climate crisis.

It's the same thing, cost of living is the inflation raise. We get regular raises every 42 weeks as regular carriers but even those are menial

Yeah but 1.3% raises? In this economy? Actual joke. They spent 20 months on this contract negotiation and that's all they give us. The AC in the trucks was already in the works with the rollout of the NGDVs and the Metris vans they're using as holdovers so that's almost pointless.

My coworkers have already stated their displeasure with this contract so the members might vote against it.

It's a mild cheese, tastes somewhat similar to mozzarella IMO, texture is very soft almost like cake icing. It was off putting to me at first but now I love it

I went to a Savers (local thrift store chain) about a month ago and they had a boxed Wii console in the glass case. It was used, not sealed, and they wanted $350 for it. I asked the guy if that was a mistake and he told me it was indeed the listed price. "I know for a fact this will never sell at this price because it's been here for over a year."

Some of these employees are just putting crazy prices.
