I gave you my opinion, from my experience . If you’ve taken a bar and that’s your opinion, fine.
The primary barrier to entry into the legal profession is law school, not the licensing exam.
4 months of legal apprenticeship with a side gig isn’t bad. However, I would imagine that most applicants will be doing 4 months of paid clerkship with enough extra unpaid hours to meet the bar’s criteria.
The bar I took cost something like $2000 including two months of prep classes on top of law school. Then more money for a hotel stay so I could take a two day test. I would have preferred 4 months apprenticeship paid or no.
A “meth whore” is a prostitute who accepts meth as payment for sex. I am not assessing the John’s perception of the prostitution’s attractiveness, but the prostitutes perception of their own attractiveness as per the rest of the post. The prostitution by necessity must believe that they possess some quality that is worth buying. Surely a willingness to have sex with whomever is willing to pay is part of that, but attractiveness is one of the core components of sexual desirability. I find it hard to believe that meth whores do not believe that they are perceived as attractive.
I feel like at that point any “journey to the underworld” story would qualify. Orpheus and Eurydice would count. And I know there are Sumerian and Vedic stories about mortals journeying into spiritual planes of reality.
Define fuck up. If you mean you haven’t met your perception of societally imposed life goals, then fuck that. Part of life is accepting that society’s impositions are bullshit. Life your life, discover what is important to you and pursue that.
That’s valve’s philosophy though. It’s the reason we never got a half life 3.
