For me I enjoyed both of Scalzi's series, the story written in a plain language but it's still exciting and captive, with some plot twists added.

Each series is set in different universes with their own limitations.

One thing I have observed with sodas containing aspartame, is the short shelf life, I think normally they give sodas 1 year but after 6 months the soda starts having an off taste that only gets stronger.

I have tried drinking a can of zero that was 2 years past the expiration date, and it tasted like cat piss.

Ps: I guess the aspartame molecules are not very stable in a soda mix?

I have been playing on Linux for years before proton.

WoW, HL, Fallout, Diablo, Quake, RimWorld to name a few.

Until they find out that the way to descriptive variables or functions needs to be extended with new business logic requiring renaming of functions again and again.

I think maintaining code with this level of verbose naming, will be a pain over time. If they don't let the naming slip, and then they could as well use cryptic 3 letter names.

It's positive that not all from Mastodon are on board with it, and "Fediverse stakeholders" sounds too much like IPO talk.

It's so great we have foss to compete with this wave of companies trying to make everything a subscription.

Makes sense Mastodon and Lemmy use two different "languages" for posts.

I'm just spitballing here, but what if some instances had SSO for both Mastodon and Lemmy so you could do both ways of communication.
