Go through my post history. I've had nothng but relaxed convos. No vitriol or outright hate. Then again, I'm on Kbin so maybe that kind of stuff doesnt reach here. I know of Hexbear's insanity but ive only seen them a handful of times.
From what ive seen Nintendo's only gone after projects when they're too close to what their doing internally, like with AM2R or that 99 mario game. (also worth mentioning those werent open source projects)
And I still haven't seen Nintendo go after an open source project. They haven't touched any of the sm64 decomp nor have they the Ocarina ones.
I get what youre saying and in most circumstances nuance is absolutely required. But this just comes off like he wants to push for the ceasefire since thats what the base wants but the donors dont want that. So hes doing these things like puffing his chest out and sending stern letters while giving them lots of funding.
With a topic as divisive as this I feel hes gonna lose the support of one of those groups and might as well just take the plunge and lose it.
Also would never recomend Simple Gallery. Not cause of the recent purchase but because its poorly programmed. Stupid thing botched the images on my phone.
Man this teetering is so annoying. Either be like the repubs and go full israel or force the ceasefire. Walking this line only serves to piss off the core democrat voterbase and there's no way dude can win on anti-trumpers alone.
Yes yes and the upcoming american election will be the most important one of the generation. As it has been said last election and the one before that and the one before that and so on an so forth.
Exactly. It's like a sport to them, though they take it even more seriously than sportsfan, replying to everything with a sense of urgency, like it's just one step away from total anarchy.
I've been surprised by the political discussions here. Far more civil and not as vitriolic as Reddit's political subs. Even with disagreements.
I'd be closer to agreeing with you if XMPP didn't completely invalidate your point. They did it there and they'll do it here.
