Yes and no. In a perfect world, people would be able to uphold their ethics. Unfortunately, in the real world, people don't have that luxury. A job is their lifeline to basic necessities, and sacrificing their job might mean going to debt for many. Especially if you are young and without many options due to the lower level pullback in the tech sphere.
The issue is that people who find an issue with it and don't want to do it will get told off by management. Then management just replaces them with someone who is willing to do it (for job safety, or simply because they don't care)
Im glad you still believe in consumer friendly phones. Unfortunately all the flagships oned have decided one port is enough. As for consumer repairs, I wouldnt be surprised if it becomes completely impossible soon, given that apple did try blocking third part parts before with the iphone 13.
Ehh a bit disingenuous. Apple, samsung, and google took away the headphone jack. You either have to get an old phone (like late 2010s) or buy it from niche companies (sony phones, gaming phones, or some chinese phones)
In their memo announcing 5 days RTO they also said they'll be increasing contributor to manager ratio. Guess they meant that by firing a bunch of managers
Id see it potentially being useful for starting a problem. Could probably point you towards the right direction for physics problem even if the numbers are off
One example are most telltale games which still are still playable but not purchaseable (poker night at the inventory being the most recognizable for me since the associated tf2 items are also now that much harder to obtain)
Large american pickup trucks shouldnt even need to exist. You could get almost the same bed space with a kei truck (which granted is not easy to import or get but still)
Cheaters have like 3 self justifications from what Ive seen (outside of money)
The enemy is "cheating" but they think they are better than them, therefore they should also cheat to even the playing field. Seen that a lot with the cs2 fiasco
They have fun by making others not have fun. Very common among the blatant cheaters/bot hosters. They purely live off on putting people down.
They want to reach a certain rank. Once they reach a plateau, they resort to cheating to continue towards their goal
Good for you! I'm still waiting for the day the tech world unionizes and push back on the recent horrendous decisions
