AGI hell regular "Ai" (LLM) trained on all the automotive repair books should be able to diagnose a fault but it still needs a human to go repair the vehicle.

On board diagnostics are smart, they can tell you the rear tail lights are in open circuit etc. What they can't tell is the back half of the car was ripped off by a train and a set of bulbs just won't cut it

Where I'm from in Australia it's illegal to drink alcohol within 2km of a licensed premises that sells alcohol.

It's also illegal to be drunk in public. All becausewe have a huge homeless drunk community and a serious amount of alcohol related violence

When I was am apprentice we were not allowed to use the leaf blower or workshop air to blow out the workshop.

Now I am ac workshop manager they are the most infuriating noises when you're trying to work in the office and get paperwork and phone calls done and someone is using a leaf blowerr

Hell cars have flash codes. I used to have a Holden commodore bridge out two pins in the obd connector and it would flash codes on the check engine light.

I'm sure cars can still achieve this easily enough.

But again useless information to the masses. I'm a crane technician and used to work for a large OEM and even we we pulled DTC codes down often they were little to no help
