Sorry, I'm probably missing something because I don't see how that would help if the government is not open to feedback. As a concrete example let's say you strongly oppose the anti secession law from 2005 and believes it should be abolished or reworked entirely. Is there an avenue for working towards bringing about such a radical policy change within the government as a citizen?

A recession is a temporary setback generally around a couple of years. The contraction of the US economy due to lack of trust globally is locked in and will take who knows how long to recover. Of course I could easily be wrong but that's my layman's take at least.
It seems to be reviewing pretty poorly on Steam (Civ 7). I was looking forward to it but held off because of that, is it worth checking out? Humankind also seemed to get pretty average reviews.
