I don't quite get it. You wanted a sequel for one movie, therefore you should be fine with "a year of sequels, remakes and regurgitated crap"?

This is a real shame, I used to buy all my games on GoG and had high hopes for the galaxy 2.0 client. Hopefully they keep going because we need a viable competitor to Steam that isn't awful.

This is extremely dumb. If you're wasting money on something you stop spending money on it, you don't use it for the sake of using it.... that's still wasting money just less obvious.

Preferably something geographically separated from the server as well in case of some kind of physically destructive event like a fire.
