  • I switched to Zed recently. Very basic and definitely is not as feature rich as VSCodium but I'm sure it'll get better.

  • Some useful files I might need someday (of course encrypted), bootable linux rescue distro and of course tailsos just in case.

  • I see the embodiment of a group of people that "like" freedom.

  • I think most of the new games in Steam are also becoming Linux native due to Steamdeck. We just keep winning.

  • Already using Codeberg.

  • I think I am a 5. I feel like I am imagining an apple but then I am not sure whether I "see" the thing I am imagining or not. It's weird.

  • Bitwarden. I do like KeePass, but I am having problems with syncing it across devices. I know Syncthing exists but let's say I add two passwords in two devices. Both of them don't have the other one's new password entry and that causes problems. Instead using online synchronization is much more convenient. Which is why I self host bitwarden.

  • Exactly. I don't care whether I understand it or not (I do understand some words and phrases as you learn slowly by hearing the same word(s) over and over again), the tone and the emotions the original VAs have are rare to be seen in the dubs.

  • Voice actors in dubs are usually worse than the original VAs

  • A mere tape won't hold back my random, but strong erection.

  • I started learning Python in middle school and completed some projects that I wanted to make. That's how I got into programming. Now I use Rust for my hobby projects and C++ for school.

I always were fascinated by computers so it was easier for me to get into it. But if you can find something that might get you motivated to try to program, I'm certain you'll get into it.

  • They explicitly state that the digital euro is not here to replace cash:

Q3. Would a digital euro replace cash?

No. A digital euro would complement cash, not replace it. A digital euro would exist alongside cash in response to people’s growing preference to pay digitally, in a fast and secure way. Cash would continue to be available in the euro area, as would the other private electronic means of payment currently being used.

  • I agree. Cryptocurrency will probably never be the solution for this. I am hoping for GNU Taler instead.
