  • I use Rust

  • Locking this post as it violates rule 5.

  • Well, Android technically is another distro.

  • Oh wow, I also have that condition on my legs. It makes your knees bend a little more than usual. I also can bend my fingers more than what most people can. I'm not sure if it's a good thing though.

  • Them promoting crypto is fishy. I don't like Nostr.

  • Dioxus is indeed nice, however it feels too "bloated". The WASM files are bigger than what Leptos produces and Dioxus is not just focused on web development but also desktop and mobile apps. I don't need that. Leptos is good enough. I do plan on releasing a mobile app if this project gets significant interest, I'd probably do that in Kotlin so that the app is native and not web rendered.

  • Well, I haven't really started building it yet. I do plan on using Leptos for an upcoming project I have.

  • Oh no, I dare not belittle CSS. I haven't even done any real website development yet. It was all just Rust and Python backends.

  • No, not at all. I don't consider forums social media. Something like Kbin might fall into the social media category though.

  • I agree. I was paying Kagi a few months ago but then started self hosting a SearXNG instance. The nicest thing about it is that I can replace links and select the engines I want to use. It's very customizable.

  • "We're still learning what is best for PC players"

Well PlayStation staff member, it definitely isn't having people create another account when they already have a Steam account.

  • Mullvad, or the best one is your own DNS.

  • Zero. I don't need to block communities as I only browse subscriptions.

    1. I see. That probably could be a solution. Thanks, that gave me an alternative way of doing things. I'll consider this while making this project and see how I can do it.
    2. Yeah, that definitely will be a feature. No worries!

As for point 3 and 4, they most likely will be implemented as well.

Honestly, your repo idea could even make this project not only an anime tracker but basically a tracker for every audiovisual content without much effort.
