  • It ain't worth arguing with you over this it does not require some whole ass back story. And if the people want to support the App they will. If you don't like it just use a different app. There are plenty of Foss alternatives that are really good too.

  • Look I get that power of attorney does not technically mean anything specific. But we absolutely should not be allowing people this old to continue to make decisions for the people. They're absolutely should be an age limit and a physical and mental wellness checks as well that take into heavy consideration whether this person is the best to read their represented people.

  • I Disagree. Just because a lot of apps only charge 99 cents for ad removal doesn't mean it is priced appropriately or that that is a good price for every app. The developer is not just doing this for money but this is his job and how we earns his primary income. So I absolutely think it is appropriately priced. And also the developer has a really good track record supporting their app for years upon years without ever asking for more money.

  • Life is expensive man. And this is the dude's sole income. Also apps have long been improperly priced. A buck or two really isn't sustainable for what most developers put in.

  • Voyager is basically as feature rich as sync and only continues to get better. That said I love sync. And its like being in a warm blanket again. I also don't mind supporting the developer with a one time payment to remove ads. The subscription doesn't bother me because he offers a fair alternative imo.
