If you're freezing it all, no. It could get freezer burned but that just makes it taste off it should still be safe to eat. If you keep stuff in the fridge not freezer, or you let things sit on the counter too long between each processing step, it could go bad. That's just general food safety though not just a trimmings thing

I learned chitin from playing Morrowind. Pronounced it like "chit in" (like in "chip"). But also my local dialect/accent tends to drop pronouncing t's so it came out more like "chi'in". To this day it's an active effort to pronounce it correctly if I ever have to say it out loud

I'm looking into doing that currently. I built a reasonable savings for myself enough I could go back to college in another country. Thinking of brushing up on learning and then to work in a new place

My bad didn't realize how easy it is for anyone to have a few hundred laying around then fly to a new country every couple of months. It's hard enough to move across a state let alone the planet. What visas do you expect to be able to acquire with such frequency? Work visas? Do you need to find a new job in a new country every few months? Pay double taxes for the first year? Learn 10 languages to find work? Have no friends family or belongings? Or instead of working should people be saving up all the money required to do this while paying all those US costs you're saying are so high? How does a work visa work if you go the savings route? How do you find housing every few months? Blindly apply to places and hope you don't stumble into a slumlord situation? Only monthly agreements? Where are you finding plane tickets from the US to Europe or Asia so cheap (this one is an actual question I want to travel and need to know)? If this plan works for you honestly that's amazing I'm happy for you live your best life. But honestly who exactly do you think a majority of people are that they can just stand up one day and fuck off to the other side of the planet like they're picking out new clothes?

Getting to those countries is not exactly cheap or easy especially if the IRS is after you for tax evasion

You refuted my point that they're in everything by saying it's easy to avoid nightshades if you: don't eat out, eat premade food, no eating red colored things, don't live in the Americas, don't eat anything ambiguously labeled just spices, and fallback to rice and beans when in doubt? Of course if you're making your own food you can avoid it and still make stuff you like but op was talking about having these restrictions forced on them to the point they were stealing food. That's the ridiculous part they didn't have a choice in the matter and got cut out of all the things you listed with no good way around it
