I have when I was in high school. It is in fact a wild movie worth a watch! Finding a copy of it can be a bit of a pain so I'm on the hunt. I prefer to purchase from people who aren't on eBay idk why, seems more in the spirit of things to me. So like I could grab a copy of this one on eBay but I'd like to find someone like you who has a copy they're looking to sell before I resort to that. There is a used music and movie store near me I go into sometimes to try and track down some gems it's got a very personal feel to it being able to flip through things physically.

Finding proper value on it has been difficult because there are so few you almost never see them for sale. The most I've ever been offered for mine is $7k, ungraded. I've definitely seen them sell for way less though it's just so rare I think the data isn't very reliable. Very much a 'how much is it worth to the specific collector at that time'

Edit to add, how tf do I actually get this thing graded? I tried years ago and they sent it back to me after months of back and forth because they couldn't figure out how much it was worth so they didn't know how much to charge me. The whole situation was a mess

I collect ttrpgs! I love reading how mechanics work together and I've never found value in collecting things I don't use, so ttrpgs it is. Plus there are some really wild ones out there that are fun to look at. It started with 3.5/Pathfinder but eventually I branched out to a couple other games that I like to play. I spend the most effort on my Car Wars collection, think I'm going to try getting a complete set of ADQ on that front next.

My single prized book so far though is a copy of HōL's supplement buttery wholesomeness. Specifically the second printing of it with the cover that's written like BUTTery HOLsomeness which ended up being so hard to track down over like 5 years that I started to question if it even had a physical printing or if it was just in PDF form. Finally found the thing though last year

I have a very modest retro electronics collection but I find myself attracted to them as well. My prized piece is an amber monochrome crt. I borrowed a game cube a while back and played some games on that with the monochrome it was an interesting challenge lol

Not who you asked but I want to put a vote in for Urza's. That set was so batshit and I constantly find gems from it I'm adding to my commander decks

I donated one to charity a couple years back, but I used to have two copies of the Spawn EWU cover variant. I suspect I was the only person on the planet to have two of those. Not sure what to do with the other one it's the only comic I own and I've never even opened it

I moved to Seattle at the start of the plague (perfect timing I know). I don't have first hand experience from the before times but for sure the last couple of years the amount of homelessness has gone way up. Apartments here are raising rent like wild. They're definitely testing the line for how many people they can lose to increased prices while still coming out ahead with the people who remain. Once the work from home or fired tech workers move out in full force it's going to snowball I think. I wonder if Seattle is going to collapse similar to how Spokane did back in the day after manufacturers moved out...

A pretty small driveway would be like 10 feet wide (enough for a Prius plus two feet of space on each side), 15 feet long (small yard with just enough room to park said Prius without sticking out), 4 inches deep. Quikrete has a "how many bags do you need for a 4in slab" calculator. Looks like for 80 pound bags you're looking at 84 bags. If you can find them for $5 that puts the cost at $420, perfect for joking about over a joint after building the thing.

All fossil fuels are the real enemy, 7% down on any of them is a good thing regardless of how they compare to each other. But also with a claim calling gas relatively green you should add a source or link to some studies because that doesn't sound accurate

I made a wind chime once that I really loved. Had to dirty the plates because they could catch the sun well enough to vaporize your retinas

Unless you live in Seattle where even a plate of glass left in the sun can get moldy

Don't take my pause key from me that's the best key! I just want pausable games to bind with that key again like they used to, guys it's right there by name and everything. Just started playing rollercoaster tycoon 2 again and, after the mandatory drowning of the first person I saw, I was delighted to find the pause key pauses the game. Even better is if I need to take a break from something pause/break is inclusive of it all. I can walk away from what I'm up to for minute and don't have to worry that the machine is going to feel abandoned because it's right there on the key just taking a break little buddy I'll be back.

Yeah if this goes through there's not going to be any choice left for groceries near me. We already only barely have a choice here this merger would be bleak

I'm far from vegetarian but I've completely stopped eating octopus. Those things are freaky smart and honestly most people/restaurants can't cook them well enough to even have a flimsy selfish justification for eating them.

I've had minor asthma my entire life, but didn't used to really get asthma attacks. After getting COVID though I get them no problem. That was almost two years ago I was sick less than a week. Jogging, biking, sex, playing tag with the cats, need to grab my inhaler now.
