Bahamut isn't going to kill them unless they force him to, and even then one of those "canaries" will have ressurections prepared specifically for that contingency. Bahamut is going to force them to atone, and stop getting the attention of literal gods.

Where do you think these tens of millions of vacant homes are? They are in every single city and suburb across the country. I'll bet even Hawaii has homes sitting vacant. I know for a fact that there are almost 25,000 homes sitting vacant between downtown and the greater San Diego area, which happens to be 10,000 more than our entire county's homeless population. The county of San Diego is larger than the smallest two or three states, BTW.

I think Wall-E wasn't running the base OS anymore. All the other Wall-E units had long since stopped functioning. Wall-E was the result of a random mutation of a bug in the code, not the intended normal state.

In that case the people in charge of both the nation and the corporation need to be removed. The nation can redeem itself once the greed poisoned leaders are dealt with.

Profit over people is violence. If a single person is harmed by your lie, that is violence against humanity.

The rich choose to exert violence on everyone else daily. This is community defense.

I knew a wizard that had traded his soul for favors so many times he was effectively immortal. He never went adventuring any more, just oversaw research in our flying screened tower. Since old age was the only feasible way he was going to die, which would cause a war between all the outer planes over ownership of his soul, no one would cause his death. He was 218 when I met him, and he was over 5000 years old, and a demigod of secrets, when I met him again, because of a mixup we had while inventing portal magic. We ended up 5000 years in the past and I went back to the present, but he stayed behind. Pagiathrakatos was an interesting dude. Got a compliment from a dwarf on his impressive beard.

And because they are charging first degree premeditated murder, any lawyer worth their salt will be able to get him off on a technicality.

When I actually lived in cold climates, I almost always purchased my ice cream to consume during the winter months. During the summer months I was more likely to purchase a peach smoothie or some other summer fruit that I can't get outside of summer and early autumn.

The ice cream truck here in IB, CA, US, runs every day of the year. They serve nachos on Saturday and Sunday.

Might be because we never have temperatures lower than 4° C overnight in February and early March, and we never see temperatures above 30° C at the peak of summer.
