I have the 99 and have heard the 109pro, the latter isn't recommended unless you have tube amps. 99s can work off anything and are my goto pairs at work. A bit muddy and focused towards the mid end but at the end of the day miles ahead of cheap cans.
Exactly. There's always a loss in user base after an initial rush. What's important is we lose the ones who are harmful or spread hate in the community.
We love airbnb in India. Hopefully owners don't get too greedy and turn into this. Even my properties are expected to get dirty and being cleaned up by a housekeeping person.
Unless a guest breaks or steals anything there's no problem. The issue is airbnb doesn't protect us from any of the damages. And asking a deposit puts people off, there's enough cheap competition in the area I guess.
Audiophile grade gear are meant to be connected to variety of devices through a standard. I'm not asking for a cheap usb headphone just to remove a cable. You're solving the wrong problem here.
Their software support is also yet to be proven. That's something they'd have to stick to for a long time before a general trust around their longevity is established.
How is it obsolete, I understand a lot of people not needing it but all Audiophile products still need a physical connection in the form of 2.5, 3.5 or 4.4mm jack. 3.5mm has been a standard for the longest time.
I'd rather have that instead of a additional adapter to connect my iems. Only benefit in my case was that it allowed me to use a balanced connection for the same added cost.
