If you want a serious answer, you could theoretically disable all security checks on Win11 so you could hex-edit patch it to run, but it would be (1) a lot of effort and (2) probably show that it's nowhere near finished, because it still misses UI integration for example
It's already possible. Do you want to make it punishable by jail time? How do you prove some anon on 4chan that posts nudes of someone else actually deepfaked it?
On the other end, I welcome the widespread creation of these of EVERYONE, so that it becomes impossible for them to be believable. No one should be refused from a job/promotion because of the existence of a real one IMO and this will give plausible deniability.
Valve actually gives a shit about its consumers, and is working hard on making its OS competitive. ASUS just dumps specs on the market and then abandons it.
There's a massive overlap between DnD players and video game players too, and barely any video games that implement the DnD 5e ruleset. I'm willing to bet that helped a lot with their marketing: "DnD the video game" was very convincing.
