Good thing they're primarily talking about things such as aircraft, where this level of analness is sort of the bare minimum.

Might be more in addition to it, but usually it's as part of a fancy inventory system to keep track or who checks in/out what tool. They'll have GPS sometimes too.

Power tools are expensive and have a tendency to "disappesr", so on a big enough scale I can see where it's helpful.

As a Missourian, it's funny how quickly a lot of the criticisms against legal weed went away once they realized just how much money ($1B in a year) it was going to bring in for the state. It's almost as if a pretty large portion of conservatives don't actually have strong moral convictions other than making sure their side wins.

There's no "these days". The point of headlines has always been to catch your attention. The only difference is they're trying to get clicks, not sell a physical newspaper at a stand.

Combine that with people generally being a lot more lax with regards to following traffic laws and pedestrians who are expecting cars less, you've got a recipe for distatser.
