Major news outlets will not cover the protests. They will happily film the parade though. They will put forth an air of cautious optimism to endear dear leader to their outlet. The only way this gets any MAJOR public attention is if people stop the parade. It will be stopped, there will be a LOT of police action, which will prompt riots, which will prompt more attention. Trump may use it to enact martial law, but he'll do so at his own detriment. It will not look well at all, but the cancellation of his parade, plus the chaos that will be martial law will only spark more civil discourse throughout the nation.
I don't know mate. Standing in front of a tank and shutting down down Fat Boy Hitler's farcical thuper duper birthday parade would be one for the history books. There's not a farts chance in a hurricane that this doesn't go down as a comical clusterfuck.
This whole parade is getting shut down, I promise you.
No, they aren't paying for the no kings rally. This has been planned for months - essentially since Trump declared he wanted his thuper duper special big boy parade.
Just because they paid for an ad to support the movement doesn't mean it's now co-opted by Walmart or any other billionaire.
So many people are unique in different ways. Some people eat meat, some don't, some can't. Some people are tall, some short, some average. Some people are the life of the party, and some are quiet. Some people feel comfortable in their bodies, and some don't.... And sometimes they want the be different. I don't fault people for wanting to be comfortable with who they are. They should be comfortable in their own bodies, and if that means changing it, then that should be okay too. Sometimes, there are people that pick on other people for not liking the same things they do, or for not looking the way they do, and this can hurt the people that they are picking on. You may think it's okay for you to ignore it because it doesn't affect you, but that's selfish. What if people decided to pick on you for something that you couldn't control? Would you want other people to ignore it and turn a blind eye? No, right? You wouldn't think that that is okay. Sometimes you need to stand up to help people and support them, especially when someone else is being mean to them....because you never know when those mean people might to start picking on you. And if no one helps each other, then the mean people feel like they can get away with it...like they have power over everyone else. But when we speak up, when we say 'that's not okay,' we take that power away. We show them that being cruel isn’t something we accept or ignore.
Standing up for others isn’t just about helping someone else, it’s about creating a world that’s kinder and safer for everyone, including yourself. When we support each other, we build trust, respect, and strength in our communities. We show each other that we matter, just as we are.
So when you see someone being treated unfairly, remember: your voice matters. Even one person standing up can make a huge difference. Be that person."
Just had this conversation with my young daughter about bullies, I adapted it a bit, but I thought maybe you could use it too.
A foot fetish sort of works its way into your brain over time. The synapses for feet and sexual attraction are extremely close to each other, so when you do things like, hold someone's feet during sex, or give them a foot rub during foreplay, there's a chance your brain may start making that connection that feet are an erotic thing. For me, it started after being married for a few years, and she just sort of flexed her toes during sex in such a way that it gave me goosebumps, in a good way. Granted I'd been giving her foot rubs for a few years by that point...but oh...my god. When it clicked that it was a turn on for me, it was a game changer.
The source is garbage. The news site is rated as being Mixed Factual reporting. They don't identify who funds them, and they don't detail their sources.
They are left leaning and primarily lean in to discredit Trump. Trump does a good enough job discrediting himself without the need to fabricate or embelish stories to make him look bad. This "feel good" bullshit is the same sort of stuff that the right does to capture their viewers and feed them "alternative truth". Be better. Check your sources, and check whether this is reliable information.

It's about to get hairy, folks.
