I stopped breathing due to formaldehyde poisioning when I was a baby. The new house we moved into (because the old one burnt down) was too air tight and all the formaldehyde in the wood wasn't let out of the house. So I have a personal connection to there being too much formaldehyde in things and the danger.
I actually don't have experience with this, but I've heard that all you have to do is use WINE and use the installers as usual and things should work out.
I'm considering doing the same actually so I'd be interested in hearing how this goes. I don't dual boot, but use Linux on my work computer and have just been using WSL on my home computer. Would be nice to get rid of the "gaming mode" Windows for my ADHD as well.
I had to take a physics exam in a room with these desks. The exam was on that super long paper too. After tearing off the formula sheet and setting that on your lap, trying to work out the problems and keep all your stuff organized was impossible. After hearing the 3rd calculator fall on the floor less than 2 minutes into the exam I just had to laugh out loud at the absurdity of the whole situation.
He also had a device that would turn the house antenna so that you could modify the reception you're getting for the TV. I've never seen anyone else with a device that like that. The VHS rewinder just jogged my memory about it because they were next to each other.
I'll never admit it. I'm still 13 inside.
